Payments for bespoke design initiatives are disbursed to us progressively as a gesture of goodwill towards the client. Once any installment or down payment is processed, it becomes irretrievable. Should a project be terminated or deferred, any funds already contributed remain with Event Technology Service New York. Additionally, the client shall compensate for any work completed beyond the amount previously paid.

SEO And/Or Google Business Profile Optimization (GBP)

Event Technology Service New York operates without binding contracts. Clients may cancel at any point with written notification. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Post-cancellation, no further service fees will be charged, although fees accrued prior to cancellation remain non-refundable.

Google Business Profile Audit Report (Google Maps) - Per Location

Similar to our SEO service, no contract is mandated by Event Technology Service New York. Cancellation can occur at any time with written notice. A 30-day advance notice is mandatory for service cessation. Once cancellation is in effect, no subsequent service fees will be levied. Past service charges will not be refunded.

Video Production and Video Editing Services

For video production and video editing projects, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Cancellation More Than 30 Days in Advance: A full refund will be issued for project cancellations more than 30 days prior to the scheduled shoot date or editing start date.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Between 30 Days and 1 Week Before the Scheduled Shoot Date or Editing Start Date: A fee equivalent to 50% of the total project fee will be due for payment, with the deposit applied towards this amount.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Between 1 Week and 3 Business Days Before the Scheduled Shoot Date or Editing Start Date: A fee of 75% of the total project fee will be due for payment, with the deposit applied towards this amount.

Cancellation or Rescheduling with Less Than 3 Business Days' Notice: The full project fee will be due to Event Technology Service New York.

Website Hosting

Payments for prior months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts, provisioned upon order, are allocated specific server resources per the purchased plan. Even if the hosting account remains unused, payment for the service is still obligatory. Hosting accounts aren't terminated until notice from the client is received or 15 days following a missed payment deadline.

Clients can receive refunds for months not yet elapsed if they prepaid for 6 or 12 months and cancel ahead of the plan's expiration. However, the value of any free products/services received with the hosting plan will be deducted from the refund.

Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated through a credit card issuer or bank, service and/or project activities will be immediately suspended without prior notification. To reinstate services, all associated chargeback fees (levied to recover handling fees from the credit company), along with any outstanding balances, must be fully settled.

To avoid fraud, clients are urged to reach out directly for billing issues instead of initiating a chargeback or dispute, as valid charges will be contested.
